Even though it's been awhile since we blogged on Activerain we are still here. I'd rather not blog at all if I don't have nothing worthwhile to say. We still maintain our own hosted blog but we haven't posted on there much either.
We have been pre-occupied with work. That's a good thing. Lots of other things have been going around us as well. Royal Wedding, Canadian Federal Election etc. The weather has been a little touch and go lately as well. April was wet and rainy. May seems to be much better! We're expecting rain over the weekend.
Home sales were down a bit in K-W area for the month of April. I think the spring market was just delayed a bit. I am optomistic May will be a better month.
Tomorrow we are having Realtor Xpo in Kitchener. We are looking forward to that. We went last year and I have a feeling it will be better this year.
Tom Ferry is coming to Toronto at the end of the month. Might check him out! I love watching him speak. He has so much energy and he has lots of great ideas about social networking for business.
Well that's it for now. Hope everybody is doings lots of business during the first quarter of 2011.

Warren, actually... you always have something to blog about. You just don't KNOW you do. Unless you live totally isolated in a cave... just about anything you do, say or see... can be the subject of a great blog post.
Blog posts to NOT have to only be about real estate.
One great quick idea... blog about Kitchener. Tell everyone what a great place it is. If you have a friend coming to visit... write about all of the places you would take them. Anything goes... (almost... LOL)
Warren , Good to see you post. Sometimes I feel like I have nothing to offer...so.... I look around and see if I can find some organization or event or person doing something good and see if i can give them a little promotion. Have a Great Week!
Hey Warren, First quarter was great. 2nd quarter looking good or better, which after the last 3 years is a good thing. I am glad you are back to blogging here even though I am just posting comments at this time. I will be moving forward soon!

Good to see that you have returned. I haven't been blogging that much myself. I have several others outside of AR and I haven't been keeping them up to date.
But, then again, it's due to the fact that I've been busy. So, that's fine.

Warren and Melanie, this is a difficult time of year to blog, the business is getting busier and there's also a desire to spend less time in front of the computer and more time outside.
I think as long as we are all busy doing what we need to do. Then we can always blog when we find time. I still try to make time to blog and like I said, I also maintain outside blogs as well. Thanks for all of your comments!
